My innisfree Rewards India terms and conditions

1.All Innisfree India members agree to fully comply with the Terms & Conditions under ‘My innisfree Rewards’ (innisfree membership).
2. This Membership Card is only applicable for Innisfree India stores.
3. Customers will become regular member at any purchase. Welcome members who have spent above Rs. 5,000 within a period of 12 month will be upgraded automatically to Premium member from the first day of the following month. Welcome members/Premium members who have spent above Rs. 10,000 within a 12 month period will be upgraded automatically to VIP member from the first day of the following month.
After the upgrade, the Premium/VIP grade will be valid for 12 months. To maintain the 12 month Premium/VIP grade status, Premium/VIP members are required to spend more than Rs.5,000 / Rs. 10,000 respectively.
4. This My innisfree Rewards Card must be presented for accumulation and use of My innisfree Rewards points. In any case where the My innisfree Rewards Card is not presented, the member will not be able to enjoy Innisfree India’s benefits and privileges.
5. Welcome members will be entitled to points (100% of the total purchase amount) for fixed-priced products. Premium members will be entitled to points (150% of the total purchase amount). VIP members will be entitled to points (200% of the total purchase amount) for fixed-priced products. (Example: With the purchase of RS. 100, welcome members accumulate 100 points, Premium members 150 points, VIP members 200 points.). 50 points carry value of RS. 1. (Example : your 500 points can be used as RS. 10)
6. Points can be accumulated with purchase of fixed-priced items only (Not applicable to discount / promotional items). Points accumulated cannot be exchanged for cash
7. All accumulated points will be voided if they are unused for 1 year, as the My innisfree rewards will be forfeited if there is no product purchase, point usage or accumulation activity within 1 year.
8. All members can accumulate double point on the amount of their first purchase within their birthday month
9. Innisfree India reserves the right to void points which are not utilized.
10. Items which are paid in full / partial through points are strictly not allowed for exchange or return.
11. My innisfree Rewards points is strictly non-transferable to other individual or party. Innisfree India reserves the right to terminate or suspend the My innisfree Rewards Card if there are doubts to the member’s account without any prior notice.
12. All members are responsible for notification on their change of personal information to Innisfree India. Innisfree India will not be responsible for any loss of benefits, privileges, or results related to points due to any discrepancy in member’s information.
13. Innisfree India reserves the right to alter and amend any of the Terms of Conditions of the Membership, including any or all of the benefits, or to terminate it at any time without any prior notice.
14. Members need to notify Innisfree India if there are any problems regarding the point balance within 30 days of transaction. You may send any other queries or loss of My innisfree Rewards Card to
15. Innisfree India will not be responsible for any unauthorized use of lost or stolen My innisfree Rewards Card. Innisfree India reserves the right to withdraw the points from the member account if such transaction occurs and is not obligated to make compensation to any party.
16. All members of Innisfree India agree to collection, use, or share of their information and card usage by Innisfree India. In addition, members agree to the retaining of information related to purchases and disclosure of information deemed appropriate by Innisfree India.
17. In case of any legal dispute, the decision of Innisfree India shall remain final. I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the above Terms and Conditions under innisfree India ‘My innisfree Rewards’(membership)
